Engineering for the agentic era.
Every engagement is led by a senior engineer who has built and run the kind of system you need. Combine practices into a roadmap or start with one.
Agents that read, reason, and act across your business.
From document intelligence and support agents to analytics assistants and back-office automation. We build the full system: retrieval, tool integration through Model Context Protocol, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and operations.
- AI Readiness Sprint: use-case scoring, data review, risk and cost model
- Agent pilots on your real data with an evaluation baseline
- Production hardening: security, approvals, monitoring, cost control
- Model-agnostic design across Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and open models
- Managed AI operations after launch
Typical deliverables
- Prioritized AI opportunity map with business cases
- Working agent with evaluation report
- MCP tool servers for your core systems
- Governance pack: access model, audit design, runbooks
- Training for business owners and engineers
Build and modernize software faster, with engineers steering AI.
AI coding agents have changed the economics of software. We use them under senior supervision to analyze legacy systems, generate tests, migrate code, and build new applications and integrations, at a fraction of traditional effort and with quality gates that keep the result maintainable.
- Legacy assessment: automated code analysis, dependency maps, risk hot spots
- Test-first modernization: characterization tests before any change
- Migration of monoliths, stored procedures, and integrations to modern stacks
- New cloud-native applications and APIs with CI/CD from day one
- Documentation generated and reviewed alongside the code
Typical deliverables
- Modernization roadmap with effort and risk by component
- Source code, tests, and infrastructure as code in your repositories
- API specifications (OpenAPI) and integration contracts
- Security review and load test results
- Developer documentation your team can extend
The foundation every agent and every dashboard depends on.
AI amplifies whatever data you feed it. We build lakehouse and warehouse platforms on AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks, with batch and streaming pipelines, quality checks, lineage, and a semantic layer so people and agents get the same trusted numbers.
- Platform architecture: S3, Glue, Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks
- Batch ELT with Spark, Airflow, dbt, and Step Functions
- Real-time processing with Kafka, Kinesis, and Spark Streaming
- Source integration: Oracle, SQL Server, SaaS APIs, flat files
- Data quality, lineage, observability, and AI-ready semantic models
- BI and reporting with Power BI, QuickSight, or Tableau
Typical deliverables
- Source-to-target mappings and technical design
- Production pipelines with tests and alerting
- Dimensional models and semantic layer
- Performance tuning of existing pipelines and queries
- Dashboards and governed self-service datasets
Secure, cost-controlled AWS foundations.
AI and data workloads need a cloud platform that is secure by default, reproducible, and predictable in cost. We design the landing zone, run the migration, codify everything in Terraform, and stay until it is stable.
- Cloud readiness assessment and business case
- AWS landing zone: accounts, networking, IAM, guardrails
- Application and database migration with rollback plans
- Infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
- FinOps: right-sizing, reserved capacity, cost dashboards, AI spend controls
Typical deliverables
- Target architecture and migration wave plan
- Terraform modules and pipeline definitions
- Security baseline and compliance mapping
- Cost model and monthly optimization report
- Operations runbooks and hand-over sessions
Spatial data support for utilities and municipalities.
Utilities and public agencies depend on accurate geographic data for assets, networks, and field operations. We provide as-needed GIS professional support, ArcGIS administration, spatial data engineering, and increasingly, AI assistants that let field and office staff query asset data in plain language.
- ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online administration
- Geometric network to Utility Network migration planning and execution
- Spatial ETL, data cleanup, and quality assurance
- Integration of GIS with asset management, work order, and billing systems
- Web maps, dashboards, field apps, and GIS-aware AI assistants
Typical deliverables
- GIS assessment and migration roadmap
- Data model and schema documentation
- Automated spatial pipelines
- Staff training and knowledge transfer
Senior AI, data, and cloud engineers on your team.
Sometimes the fastest path is an experienced person in the seat. We place vetted engineers on contract or contract-to-hire, and we stay involved so the work meets iTech-Go's standard, not just a resume's.
- AI and machine learning engineers
- Data engineers and analytics engineers
- Cloud architects and DevOps engineers
- Technical screening by our own senior staff
- Flexible terms: hourly, monthly, or project-based
How it works
- Share the role, stack, and timeline
- Receive shortlisted, pre-screened candidates
- Interview and start, typically within a few weeks
- Ongoing check-ins and support from iTech-Go
Engagement details.
How do you price engagements?
Fixed price for well-defined scopes such as readiness sprints, pilots, and migrations, and time-and-materials for ongoing build or support work. You receive a written estimate before we start and a transparent invoice every month.
Do you work with public-sector procurement?
Yes. We respond to RFPs and RFQs from school districts, municipalities, and utilities, and we can provide the W-9, insurance certificates, references, and affidavits these processes require.
Where is your team located?
Our office is in Clarkston, Michigan. We work on-site in southeast Michigan when it helps and remotely everywhere else.
Will we own the code and infrastructure?
Always. Everything we build lives in your cloud accounts and your source control from the first sprint. There is no proprietary platform to license.
Can you support systems after go-live?
Yes. We offer managed operations retainers for AI systems and data platforms we build, and we can take over support of existing environments after a short assessment.
Not sure where to start?
Book a free 30-minute call. We'll listen, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
